PP Water Tank

The material used for manufacturing the PP storage tanks is Polypropylene which is a light, durablethermoplastic that is denser, stiffer and stronger than polyethylenes which have a high melting point.

PP Tanks are known as Polypropylene tanks, which comes under the broad categorization of plastic or poly tanks, which are general-purpose containers fabricated from a common thermoplastic polymer. Polypropylene (PP) is a type of plastics from which storage tanks can be manufactured. Our used polymers are having the attributes like excellent chemical and corrosion resistance.

Advantages:
  • No corrosion
  • Readily accessible and moderately inexpensive
  • Having high flexural strength due to its semi-crystalline nature
  • Having a relatively slippery surface
  • Very resistant to absorbing moisture
  • Has good chemical resistance over a wide range of bases and acids
  • Possesses good fatigue resistance
  • Has good impact strength
  • A good electrical insulator
  • Long-lasting and durable
  • Environmentally friendly
  • Plastic tanks are often advantageous as liquid storage tanks when prefab plant is used.
  • Application Areas:
  • Chemical industry
  • Textile industry
  • Oil industry
  • Agriculture
  • Water Treatment
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Steel Industry
  • Petroleum
